Halo Water Proofing has been the trusted call for Basement Waterproofing across Moscow because we answer the phone, show up when we say, and stand behind the work.

Halo Water Proofing started small in the Moscow area and grew because customers kept referring us to their neighbors — that's still how most of our work comes in today.
Every Moscow technician we send is background-checked and trained on the exact equipment we install — not a subcontractor picked up for the day.
Our Moscow crew leads carry years of hands-on repair experience, not just sales training — which is why the advice you get on-site tends to match what actually needs fixing.
Talk to a real Moscow technician today, not an automated queue. We'll explain what's going on and get you scheduled.
📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Moscow calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
Odor is often the very first clue Moscow homeowners notice, well before any water is visible.
Small cracks in a Moscow foundation rarely stay small — seasonal ground movement tends to widen them over time.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
A wall that's starting to bow is a structural issue on top of a water issue — this jumps to the front of our Moscow schedule.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
Whatever's going on with your Moscow property, chances are we've already fixed something similar nearby this month.
A flooded Moscow basement doesn't wait for morning, and neither do we. Our crews extract it fast and start drying the space the same visit.
Get Emergency Help →Not every crack means a structural problem, but every crack deserves a real look. We'll tell you which kind yours is.
Ask About Crack Repair →Most Moscow pump failures happen during the exact storms that need them most, which is exactly why battery backup matters.
Book a Pump Check →For yards fighting bad grading, an exterior French drain intercepts water before it ever touches the foundation wall.
Talk Drainage Options →Musty smell upstairs with no obvious source? Check the crawl space first — it's usually the culprit.
Get a Crawl Space Quote →Commercial water intrusion means bigger stakes — inventory, tenants, downtime. We scope commercial Moscow jobs with written specs and a real timeline.
Request a Commercial Quote →Here's exactly what Moscow customers can expect from first call to final walkthrough.
You'll talk to a person, not a script — enough of a conversation to know what to expect before anyone shows up.
A Moscow technician walks the property, checks the foundation and drainage, and explains what's found in plain language.
The number you approve is the number you're billed — no change orders once the crew shows up.
You get documentation of the work plus a real warranty — not just a handshake.
We've heard every Moscow horror story about contractors who disappear mid-job or pad the invoice. Here's how we do it differently.
You get a real number before any work starts — what you approve is what you're billed.
We're not routing your call through a national center — the person who answers is close by.
If a covered repair fails, we come back and fix it. That's part of the contract, not just a promise.
We'd rather earn a repeat Moscow customer with an honest fix than push a system you don't need.
We photograph the damage and provide a written scope your insurance adjuster can actually use.
Every Moscow job reflects on the next referral, so we treat each one like it matters.
"Woke up to a wet basement and had someone out by mid-morning. No pressure, no upsell, just fixed it."
"Fair price, on time, cleaned up after. Wish every contractor worked this way."
"Our sump pump died during the worst storm of the year, obviously. Battery backup was installed the next day and we haven't worried since."
"Straightforward commercial quote, professional crew, no back and forth."
"Expected a huge bill for three cracks, only one actually needed injection. Appreciated the honesty."
"Insurance claim was stressful until they stepped in with photos and a written scope. Approved within a week."
"Sump pump inspection was thorough and they didn't try to sell me a new one when mine just needed a part replaced."
Every Moscow technician we send is background-checked and trained on the systems we install, so the crew that inspects your property is the same one that fixes it.
